It is true to say that we are all on a unique journey. In thiscourse, participants will be introduced to three important areas:

1. Getting our lives on track

  • Moving from safety in the “familiar zone” of our lives to expand, grow, and move toward our potential. Avoiding something we call “deadly drift.”
  • Consider the questions: Who am I? Where am I now? Where am I going? What matters most
  • What do I need for the journey ahead? What obstacles am I likely to encounter?
  • Adopting a growth and abundance mindset.

2. Gaining clarity: a close look at strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth

• Increasing our clarity through coach led visualisation and a vision framework that positions you as the architect and hero of your journey of life.
• The Abundance Coaching Life Wheel. Participants complete the Life Wheel exercise.
• What are my most important priorities?
• With heightened clarity, select key areas for personal growth and development.

3. Moving ahead: choosing and implementing an effective goal and accountability process

• From your important priorities you will turn your key area into an effective goal to move ahead.
• We will introduce simple and effective goal processes that can be implemented into your goal journal.
• Establish strategic steps to achieving this goal.
• Set up a support process to ensure the goal is achieved.
• Be aware of distractions that take you off track and develop a plan, so you stay focused.
• Integrate your personal strengths to inspire and empower you with your personal and professional goals.
• We utilise our proprietary Ultimate Year Journal© and we can utilise the Migoals suite of Goal Journals.

The overall training/coaching is aimed to inspire and encourage participants to gain a level of clarity and self-awareness and then take steps to implement strategies to achieve what matters the most to them.

Training Options

This course may include actual role-plays or live activations and consulting with customer service, sales teams, etc.

2 Days: The complete (Course Title© Level 2 (We lead this course over 1 Day. The 2nd Day focuses on application.)
