Part One – The Foundation of Resilience

  1. Why resilience training is crucial in every workplace.
  2. What is the link between Resilience and Well-being?
  3. The neuroscience of resilience and neuroplasticity.
  4. Learn which areas of the brain are involved when we should build resilience and what helps with the learning process.
  5. Unpacking your Individual Resilience Report.
  6. Creative questions to ask when facing life’s challenges.

Part Two – Building Your Resilience Tool Kit

  1. Understanding the 6 Domains of Resilience, Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Health, Tenacity and Collaboration.
  2. How self-care can create a “resilience umbrella” to help protect you from the storms of life.
  3. Putting Resilience and Well-being strategies into practise through developing your resilience tool kit with skills like vulnerability, mindfulness, having compassion, gratitude, avoiding catastrophizing, reframing, openness, self-awareness, and a willingness to share (and seek help with) problems.
  4. Setting up your Driven App for ongoing Resilience Training.

The overall training/coaching is aimed to help participants understand the nature of resilience and how it connects with their personal well-being. This course will help participants to implement personalised resilience strategies.

Training Options

This course may include actual role-plays or live activations and consulting with customer service, sales teams, etc.
