This past Friday, I had the privilege of leading The Drive Group through an incredible Goal & Vision Workshop as part of their kickoff to 2025. What a session it was! The energy in the room, the creativity on display, and the raw self-reflection from every team member made this a truly inspiring day for me as a facilitator.

A Workshop Filled with Purpose and Creativity

The session started with meaningful conversations about goals, values, and priorities. We explored not just professional ambitions, but also the personal pillars that hold us steady in life. The Drive Group’s openness and willingness to dig deep stood out to me—these are people truly invested in their growth.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was creating vision boards. Each participant captured their dreams and goals in a way that was both visual and personal. I was struck by how thoughtful and intentional these boards were.

One team member reflected, “This gave us the opportunity to zoom out, reflect on the foundations we have, and steer us in the right direction for the year ahead.” Her vision board beautifully expressed her focus on career milestones, family, and even plans for a dream trip to Japan—goals that are both inspiring and achievable.

Throughout the day, there were so many moments that reminded me why I do this work. One team member shared, “This is the most self-reflective I’ve ever been,” and I could see how much clarity and motivation the session had sparked for him.

The vision boards weren’t just an exercise—they were a launchpad for intentional action. We didn’t stop at self-reflection. True to The Drive Group’s name, we focused on driving forward, setting clear goals, and identifying actionable steps to make those goals a reality.
