We recently had the opportunity to work with the leadership team at Mister Minit during their Leadership Retreat, delivering our Resilience and Well-being Workshop. The session which I led focused on one core belief: resilience isn’t something you’re simply born with—it’s something you can build.
The Power of the Predictive 6 Factor Resilience Assessment
Ahead of the session, every participant completed the Predictive 6 Factor Resilience Assessment. This created a strong foundation for growth by helping each leader see clearly where they stood across six key domains of resilience:
- Composure – Staying calm and collected under pressure
- Tenacity – The grit to keep going when plans shift
- Health – Physical wellbeing as the base of mental and emotional strength
- Reasoning – Staying adaptable, analytical, and creative when stress hits
- Vision – Clear purpose and direction, both personal and professional
- Collaboration – The ability to build and lean on strong relationships
This assessment brought a high level of self-awareness into the room—giving each participant a starting point for practical change.

Once the group understood their resilience profiles, the session moved from insight to action. We explored proven strategies to:
- Improve focus and sleep
- Regulate emotions more effectively
- Rebuild motivation through realistic goal setting
- Strengthen team collaboration
- Reframe setbacks with adaptive thinking
The session was met with strong engagement and feedback from the Mister Minit team. The energy in the room was high—laughter, openness, and a clear desire to grow personally and professionally.
